NorthReeve ("we", "us") operates this website and the Glide By Blade platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit the contact form we collect the details you provide: company name, your name, email, phone, the software you use today, what you pay for it, your team size, any group or referral code, and your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, and set up your account if you choose to proceed.
We use your information to contact you about Glide By Blade, to prepare a quote, and to attribute any referral code you enter to the referring representative. We do not sell your information.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as our email delivery provider, strictly to operate this site and communicate with you. We may disclose information if required by law.
Glide By Blade is white-label software. Any data you and your customers create inside the platform belongs to you; we act as your processor and do not use it for our own marketing.
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email sales@northreeve.com.
