Do my customers ever see "Glide By Blade"?+

No. The platform is fully white-label. Your logo, name, and colors appear on the customer portal and on every text and email your customers receive, from your own number and domain. The software brand is never shown to the people you serve.

What is included, and what costs extra?+

Every feature is included in every plan - there are no locked "pro" tiers. You pay the base plus your users. On top of that, usage you consume (texts, emails, phone minutes, AI features) is metered, so you only pay for what you actually use. A few optional third-party integrations carry their own provider fee - for example, accounting software like QuickBooks Online bills you for QuickBooks itself; we simply connect to it so your books stay in sync.

How does the phone system work?+

It runs on a business phone account in your name, so your calling and texting stay FCC-compliant and usage is billed to you directly. Typical rates are about $0.009 per minute for calls, $0.013 per text, $0.023 per picture message, and about $1 per month per phone number. Pick a number by area, or port the one you already use. Texting customers requires a registered messaging campaign (a federal TCR / FCC requirement); we start you on a temporary campaign and help you register your own.

Is there a contract?+

You can go month to month. Or commit to 12 months to lock in your price and have the one-time setup fee waived. Partners who refer you can also get you a discount. Either way, we would rather earn it than trap you.

Can I move my current data over, and what does it cost?+

Yes. We migrate from RealGreen, CSV exports, and most systems, and can bring in historical records for audits and reference. Because a clean migration takes real work, there is a one-time implementation fee (waived on an annual plan), and we will tell you up front what carries over cleanly and what may not.

Is the field app iPhone or Android?+

The technician app is Android, built for the field. It handles routes, jobs, photos, and clock-in, and captures the GPS and job telemetry the office needs to run the day and back up the work that was done.

What does the $199 base include?+

The full platform, every feature, your branding, and your first office user. From there you add office staff at $99 per user and technicians at $49 per tech, per month, as your team grows.
