We built Glide by Blade alongside a lawn and landscape company that has run routes since 1974. That is not a tagline. Every part of the platform was shaped by watching what the office and the crew actually needed on a busy day, then building for that instead of for a demo.

We saw the same pattern everywhere in this trade. The office software was slow and priced by the seat, so hiring a person raised the bill. The crew's phones ran on a different tool, or on no tool at all. Owners paid for a customer database they barely touched, and paid again every time they grew. Meanwhile the national franchises had systems the independents could not get near.

So we built one platform that covers the office, the field, and the phone, priced for the way the business really runs, and put it under the owner's own brand. The goal is simple. Give an independent lawn care company the tools a franchise would build, without asking them to become one.
