The Glide by Blade column includes your estimated usage at our standard metered rates shown by the sliders; the stack column leaves usage out, so the gap is understated. Neither column includes card processing. Stack figures are typical published monthly prices as of October 2026: a Jobber plan sized to your user count plus $29 per extra user, DocuSign Standard at $25 per user, a business VoIP line at $25 per user, and a lawn measurement subscription at $99 per month. How the price works
Clear pieces you can add up yourself.
- A base sized to your crew. Solo, Crew, or Fleet. It covers the whole platform and every login.
- A small monthly rate per active customer. Your bill grows with your book of business, not with how many people you hire.
- Communications you use, billed as you go. Texts, phone minutes, and calling are metered with clear per-use pricing, so a quiet month costs less.
- Nothing for leads or inactive accounts. Keep your entire database in the system at no charge.
Between five and ten in the field? We will size the right plan on your walkthrough. A one-time setup covers moving your data over and is waived when you go annual.
Questions
Pricing, answered plainly.
Do you charge per user or per seat?+
No. Add as many office and field logins as you want at no extra cost. Your bill is the base for your crew size plus a small monthly rate per active customer.
What about leads and inactive customers?+
They cost nothing. You only pay for accounts that are actively serviced, so you can keep your whole marketing list and your old customers in the system for free.
Can I move my data from my current software?+
Yes. We migrate from RealGreen, CSV exports, and most systems, and can bring in history for reference. Because a clean migration takes real work, there is a one-time setup fee, quoted on your walkthrough and waived on an annual plan.
What are the usage charges?+
Texts, phone minutes, and calling features are metered with clear per-use pricing, so you pay for what you actually send and nothing for what you do not. We show the rates before you turn anything on.
Is there a contract?+
You can go month to month. Or commit to twelve months to lock your rate and have the one-time setup fee waived. Either way, we would rather earn the renewal than trap you.
Do I need a referral or group code?+
No, but if a partner sent you, enter their code on the walkthrough form and it is credited to your account for a discount.
