Where Service Autopilot is genuinely strong.
It has depth earned over many years, real scale, and an automation engine we respect. A large operation with a dedicated admin who lives in automations, and a budget for the Pro Plus tier, gets real power from it.
The trade is the cost structure: per-user fees on both office and mobile, setup fees on the way in, and the headline features gated to the top tier. Two things we are upfront about. The field app is Android-first; iOS is in progress, and the office side runs in any browser on any device. And we are a newer vendor: we build Glide by Blade hand in hand with a landscaping company that has run crews since 1974, and we proved it against a book of more than 38,000 customer records before offering it to anyone else.
